If your files live on an old server in the corner, a shared drive, a USB disk or scattered across Dropbox and people's laptops, SharePoint brings them together in one place. It's included with most Microsoft 365 business plans, so you may already be paying for it.

Common questions

Can we keep working while the files move?

Yes. We copy everything across first, then do a final catch-up when you switch over, usually out of hours.

Do we need Microsoft 365 for SharePoint?

Yes, SharePoint comes with most Microsoft 365 business plans. If you're not on Microsoft 365 yet, we can set it up at the same time (see Microsoft 365 for small businesses).

Is SharePoint backed up?

Microsoft keeps deleted files for a limited time, but that isn't the same as a full backup. We can add a proper backup for peace of mind (see business backups).
