Business Email Set-Up

Email that looks professional and reaches the inbox

An email address on your own domain (like you@yourbusiness.co.uk) looks more professional than a Gmail or Hotmail address, and it stays with your business when staff come and go. We set up business email on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for small businesses across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Leek and the Staffordshire Moorlands.

What we set up

• Mailboxes on your own domain, plus shared addresses like info@ or accounts@
• Email on every computer, phone and tablet, in Outlook, Gmail or the built-in mail apps
• Your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so your emails are trusted
• Email signatures, out-of-office messages and forwarding
• Shared calendars and contacts for your team
• Multi-factor sign-in, to keep accounts safe

Are your emails going to spam?

If customers say your emails end up in their junk folder, the cause is often missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM or DMARC records on your domain. Google and Microsoft now check these closely, and email from domains without them is far more likely to be filtered out. We can check your domain and put it right, whoever your email is with.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Both are good choices. Microsoft 365 suits businesses that use Word, Excel and Outlook. Google Workspace suits teams that prefer Gmail and work in a web browser. We'll talk it through and recommend what fits your business, and if you're already with one, we can move you to the other (see email migrations).

Common questions

Can we keep our existing email addresses?

Yes. If you already own your domain, your addresses stay exactly the same.

Can you just set up email on a new phone or laptop?

Of course. No job is too small, and we can often do it remotely.
