Most small businesses already pay for Microsoft 365, but many only use it for email. Set up properly, the same subscription gives your team shared files, calendars, Teams calls and proper security, without the need for an office server.

We set Microsoft 365 up for small offices across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Leek and the Staffordshire Moorlands, and we're on hand afterwards when you need help. You deal with the same local engineer each time, on-site or remotely.

Common questions

Do we need to be in the office for the set-up?

Not always. A lot of Microsoft 365 work can be done remotely. We usually come on-site for the parts that involve setting up people's computers and phones, so nobody is left struggling on their own.

We already have Microsoft 365. Can you just help with part of it?

Yes. Whether it's one mailbox that isn't working, a new starter or setting up shared folders, we can help with as much or as little as you need.

Which Microsoft 365 plan should we be on?

It depends on what your team needs. For many small offices, a business plan with the desktop Office apps is the right fit, but some only need email and web apps. We'll look at how you work and recommend the most cost-effective option.
